Copyright Transfer Agreement


A manuscript entitled________________________________________________

 ("the work") has been submitted by the undersigned author for 
publication in the Electronic Journal of Geotechnical Engineering 
("EJGE"). 

The Author gives to the EJGE the right to publish this work without any restrictions.   The author does not relinquish the copyright of the work to EJGE as conventional publishers require; the author is free to do anything he/she wants with the work, including publishing derivative works anywhere else.
The Author represents and warrants that the work is original and 
that he/she is the author of the work, or otherwise has the authority 
and power to execute this agreement. If the work was prepared jointly, 
the author agrees to inform the co-authors of the terms of this 
agreement and obtain their permission to sign on their behalf. 
The author warrants that the work has not been published before.

The author retains all rights including copyright. The only copyright EJGE asks is the right to publish the work on EJGE.
