Geotechnical EngineerTwining Laboratories of Southern California, Inc. is looking for a graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering with geotechnical emphasis. Office duties will include geotechnical engineering analyses (e.g., slope stability, bearing capacity, settlement, water flow through soils, etc.), pavement evaluations, geotechnical report and proposal preparation (with limited amount of CADD duties), and review and interpretation of field and laboratory testing data. Field duties will include supervising and logging drilling activities for geotechnical site investigations, managing geotechnical and material testing field personnel, preparing field memoranda, training field testing personnel, and performing a limited amount of field compaction testing.
